Computer processing of electronic speckle pattern interferometry

Abstract

The above described method of speckle pattern interferograms is based on their digital image filtration and processing by interferential lines separation and identification algorithms. Having applied this method for a speckle-pattern interferogram, there has been obtained Nx3 format array of mechanical vibrations giving three-dimensional surface N pixels co-ordinates of vibrations amplitude distribution.
