Abstract

Mode interaction is the source of errors in determination of parameters of piezoceramic when the classical methods are used. This interaction changes frequencies of pure modes. In our study it was proposed to use mode interaction for more accurate evaluation of piezoparameters. This approach joins FEM analysis ant multi-parametrical optimization. Mode interaction is used for increasing of sensitivity of objective function to the influence of all parameters of piezoceramics, Objective function based on correlation coefficient was used for parameter fitting. Using this approach it was possible to decrease error of parameter determination down to 1-3%.
