Abstract

The article presents the investigation of pneumatic cylinder high frequency vibrations (HFV). The basic measuring characteristics of the pneumatic cylinder HFV signal are the root mean square (RMS) value, the envelope of the RMS values and the power spectrum density of the HFV signal. The presented the HFV measurement method can be used for the diagnostic of the pneumatic cylinder.
